I cannot express how great my experience with this company was. After noticing a busted spring and getting an excessive quote from a nationwide company that attempted to upsell us on everything short of getting a new door, we contacted AA. AA quoted me their residential spring replacement cost over the phone and scheduled for the following day. Sean arrived in the window they offered and explained the spring replacement job would take 20 minutes and was ready to go. I asked him some questions about the items quoted as "major issues" and "definitely needs to be addressed" from the technician at the nationwide company. Sean stepped me through each one and why/how they weren't problems. Explained that he has 18 years experience and what the most critical components of the door were and how those pieces on our door were in really good shape. Essentially, he debunked all of the items quoted by the nationwide company, other than the broken spring of course. These are the guys to use in the Twin Cities, western WI and however far the reach. They are knowledgeable, honest, fast and very courteous. I can't recommend them enough.
